The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats, are provided. Mill Basement Beater Room - The employer did not ensure that areas of the beater room floor where wet processes were used were maintained to the extent feasible when excessive wet paper pulp accumulated on the floor grates.
