29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Kitchen Area: On or about December 11, 2024, and at times prior thereto, electrical panel KP1 Section 1 (208/120-Volt) was energized and had two openings that were not effectively closed. The internal energized electrical components were exposed. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
