1926.503(c)(3)   When the employer has reason to believe that any affected employee who has already been trained does not  have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section, the employer shall retrain each such employee.   a) 33 N Main Street York, PA, Restaurant Roof - On or about December 13, 2024, Employees performed roofing activities on a one-story restaurant with a 6:12 roof pitch without fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards up to 20 feet.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
