29 CFR 1926.417(b): Equipment or circuits that were deenergized were not rendered inoperative and did not have tags attached at all points where such equipment or circuits could be energized: a) At the site located at 2709-7 Dawson Road Albany, GA 31707, on or about December 13, 2024, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that the employer did not ensure circuits were deenergized, rendered inoperative, and tagged out while employees were installing lighting fixtures operating at 120-Volts.
