Coffee/Snack Area: On or about December 9, 2024, and at times prior thereto, a Belkin brand power taps that was being used was not in accordance with any instructions�included in�the listing�or labeling. The power tap was being used to energize a Continental brand toaster and  Black and Decker coffee maker. This condition potentially exposed employees to electrical hazards.  The USDA Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1707637, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/09/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 434-695 Doyle loop Rd., DOYLE, CA 96109.   The USDA Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1707342 , citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/09/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 159 Lawrence Street, QUINCY, CA 95971.
