29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) New residential construction located on 8870 Avon Brook Close, Ball Ground, GA 30107, Roof: On or about 12/16/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 12-feet, 3-inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities.

29 CFR 1926.552(a)(4): Hoisting ropes were not installed in accordance with the wire rope manufacturers' recommendations. a) New residential construction located on 8870 Avon Brook Close, Ball Ground, GA 30107: On or about 12/16/2024, the employer exposed employees to potential struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not follow the manufacturer's specifications of the TranzSporter Platform Hoist as the wire cable it was manufactured with was replaced using a rope.
