On or about December 16, 2024, in and near the Property Management Lead's office: an employee uses 87 octane gasoline, Crown Anti-Wear Hydraulic Fluid, and other chemicals in their assigned work duties without access to safety data sheets.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about December 16, 2024, throughout the back stockroom: employees continually traverse the stockroom aisles while stocking and retrieving products with the floor cluttered with ladders, U-boats, and merchandise creating tripping and slipping hazards and limiting the width of the aisle. The Target Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1637953, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 6, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at Risk Management NCF - 0306, 170 Promenade Blvd, Flowood, MS.
