OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard from a mixer cover. a) At or near 99 Dell Glen Ave., Lodi NJ - Back Yard: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards while utilizing a hook with a missing latch connected to a Slab Lifting Clamp Device lifting stone slabs weighing up to 1200 Lbs, on or about 12/14/2024.
