29 CFR 1926.552(a)(4): Hoisting ropes were not installed in accordance with the wire rope manufacturers' recommendations.  a) New residential construction located on Lot 112 Mulberry Creek Way, Flowery Branch, GA 30542: On or about 12/17/2024, the employer exposed employees to potential struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not follow the manufacturer's specifications of the TranzSporter Platform Hoist as the wire cable it was manufactured with was replaced using a rope.
