29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) On or about December 17, 2024, and  at times prior, employees were exposed to falls from an edge exceeding 6 feet in height, while installing skylights on top of a commercial building located at 7790 West 80th Ave, Arvada, CO .   Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."

(a)On or about December 17, 2024, employees were exposed to falls through an opening exceeding 6 feet in height, while installing skylights on top of a commercial building located at 7790 West 80th Ave, Arvada, CO .
