29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: In the Main Facility, employee(s) engaged in custodian and cleaning duties were exposed to health hazards in that the employer did not have an eye wash station present in the workplace where the presence of corrosive chemicals such as PortionPak201N Germicidal Cleaner were present and being used daily by employees. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1910.151(c)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1595750, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 08.08.2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2100 16th St., Great Bend, Kansas 67530.
