29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Facility, 4540 New Texas Road, Plum, PA: On or about December 12, 2024, an employee was operating a Ford F-550 dump truck for snow removal and ice placement that did not have a fire extinguisher inside.
