29 CFR  1926.451(b)(1):Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii)  a)C and E Masonry, Inc. at 1250 Stanford Street, Vermillion, SD 57069: On or about an at times prior to December 13, 2024, the employer did not ensure that each platform on all working surfaces of the BIL-JAX 1-11/16" tubular scaffolding was fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii).  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.

This condition exposed employees to fall and struck-by hazards.
