29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) At Old Alabama Rd, Lot 6, Lot 7, Lot 8: On or about December 17, 2024 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in construction, in that the employer did not conduct frequent and regular jobsite inspections that would have identified falls in construction, when employees had been hired to frame residential houses.
