29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a- Back of Building, 3535 Route 1 South, Princeton NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards when working from an elevated man lift basket of an articulated boom lift while not using a full body harness attached to an anchor with a lanyard or other approved means. Condition observed on or about 12/17/24.  b- Back and Side of Building, 3535 Route 1 South, Princeton NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards when moving an articulated boom lift, from the back to the side of the building, while operating it from its elevated man lift basket while not using a full body harness attached to an anchor with a lanyard or other approved means. Condition observed on or about 12/17/24.
