At the worksite, located at 3312 19th St SW Lehigh Acres, FL 33976; On or about 12/10/24, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were conducting roofing operations on a newly built residential home approximately 7ft, 8 ft and 10ft while from an unsupported scaffold platform that was not fully planked on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd levels.
