The non-metallic sheathing must be used in enclosed spaces (walls) or protected with conduit. b. The non-metallic sheathing must follow the wall surface per NEC 336-10-A. c. The power cord must be secured within 12 inches of the junction box into the compressor per NEC 336-15.
