29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer shall fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1, unless the employer assesses and limits the exposure of the employee to respirable crystalline silica in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section. a) New single-family residential structure located on Lot #41 at 3115 Whitman Court Titus Lane, Gainesville, GA 30507, Ground: On or about 12/18/2024,and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards due to silica exposure from cutting cement fiber siding board, in that engineering controls, work practices, or respiratory protection as described in Table-1 were not adhered to.
