(b) On December 19, 2024, and times prior, at 3221 Fourth Avenue South, in Fargo, North Dakota, employees engaged in cabinet manufacturing were exposed to amputation hazards where the drill bits and chuck of a Grizzly Model G7948 Floor Drill Press, were not guarded from contact by the operator.
