29 CFR 1910.263(c)(3): Sprocket(s) and V-belt drive(s) of bakery machinery located within reach from platform(s) or passageway(s) or located within 8 feet 6 inches from the floor were not completely enclosed: Location: 2 Fairfield Crescent, West Caldwell, NJ 07006 - Oven Area a: The employer failed to ensure sprockets on a De-Nestor conveyor located within reach of a ladder platform were completely enclosed. An employee suffered a fingertip amputation from an unguarded chain link sprocket while attempting to remove stuck items from the equipment during operation. Violation occurred on or about 12/16/2024.
