29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area. a. On or about 12/18/2024, at 350 Sandra Jackson, Road, Auburndale, Florida, 33823, employees were exposed to vision and skin irritations hazards while using Simple Green, engine oil, grease, brake cleaner and brake fluid, in that the employees had not received training on the chemical Safety Data Sheets for physical or health hazards, and protective equipment required for the chemicals they were using.
