Employees were exposed to serious injuries to the fingers and hands, in that the Sprocket Wheels and Chain on the P-P-BTTL-P001, serial number 2002ce7011612, known to the company as the Pearson Carton Erector, was less than 7 feet from the floor and was not enclosed.
