29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(J): Training did not include vehicle inspection and maintenance that the operators are required to perform: On or about December 20, 2024, and days prior, CR Metal Products Inc., located at 10655 Gateway Blvd. in St. Louis, Missouri, did document daily inspection logs for the forklift equipment used at their facility. The absence of inspection before operating a forklift and other powered industrial tracks may pose a vehicular hazard by not identifying or recognizing equipment defects that may result in an accident, resulting from an equipment failure, injury to personnel, or property damage.
