29 CFR 1926.201(a): Signaling by flaggers and the use of flaggers, including warning garments worn by flaggers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, (1988 Edition, Revision 3 or the Millennium Edition). On or about December 19, 2024 in Goffstown, NH. Flaggers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices section 6E.05/6E.04. The flaggers station was not located far enough in advance of the work space so that approaching road users would have sufficient distance to stop before entering the work space in accordance with Table 6E-1.
