OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that they were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards from collapsing storage racks due to damage to the upright columns: (a) Establishment, Warehouse area - On or about December 20, 2024, employees are required to operate or work alongside the operator of a forklift placing and retrieving pallets on damaged storage racks. The damage to racks include but is not limited to bent upright post and bent horizontal bracing.
