OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. a) Barber Fertilizer Supply, LLC, at the location of 5255 Hwy 231, Campbellton, FL, 32426: On or about December 18, 2024, and at times prior to, employees were exposed to struck-by and crush-by hazards in that the employer failed to require employees unhitching wagons to put the vehicle in park, turn-off the vehicle, and remove the key fob before exiting the vehicle to prevent unintended movement while employees were working around the vehicle and the wagon.
