On or about January 28, 2025, employees performed scrap loading operations with occupational lead exposure, and the employer did not perform an initial determination to measure employee lead exposure in the workplace.  No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR  1910.1025(l)(1)(i):Employee(s) working in an area where there is potential exposure to airborne lead at any level were not informed of the content of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025:  a)1513 Bordentown Rd, Morrisville, PA 19067, near loading docks. On or about January 28, 2025, employees performed scrap loading operations with occupational lead exposure, and the employer did not inform employees of the contents of appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
