29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 PSI: (a) On or about December 13, 2024, the employer did not ensure the compressed air nozzles used for cleaning off equipment and work surfaces were reduced to less than 30 PSI. The compressed air line was pressurized at approximately 75 PSI exposing employees to potential embolisms in the bloodstream and flying debris.
