29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) New residential construction located on Lot 1005 A-D (Newberry subdivision),Ellwood Lane, McDonough, GA, 30253, Top plate: On or about 12/20/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet 7 inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) New Residential Construction located at Lot 1005 Ellwood Lane, McDonough, GA 30253: On or about 12/20/2024, the employer failed to inspect electrical cords before the shift commenced, in that the orange cord used to power circular saws was damaged and not repaired, replaced or removed from service prior to the start of the shift.
