Employees were exposed to electrical hazards from the pathway being less than three (3) feet wide.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) On or about December 23, 2024, column M18 in the warehouse, the employer did not ensure all portable fire extinguishers in the facility were mounted and readily accessible, thereby exposing employee to hazards associated with fire. United States Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1660389, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 7, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 10410 Perrin Beitel, TX 78284.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings shall be effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment. a) On or about December 23, 2024, in the warehouse, the employer did not ensure the electrical panel labeled MP18 had all opening effectively closed, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with electrical shock.
