On or about December 13, 2024, the Employer provided general procedures and training on hazardous energy control (LOTO). However, as part of an ongoing update, specific procedures for the hazardous energy control (LOTO) as to the Pot-Mixer-Mepaco-02 machine, Model 170, Serial number 462, in the retort area, had not yet been completed and updated and could not be utilized by employees. .

However, as part of an ongoing update, the periodic inspections for the hazardous energy control (LOTO) procedures for the Pot-Mixer-Mepaco-02 machine, Model 170, Serial number 462, in the retort area, had not yet been completed and updated to identify and correct any inadequacies in the procedure.
