OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to struck-by, crushed-by and drowning hazards: a) On or about December 24, 2024, at the pond near the approach to hole 10 green, employees were exposed to drowning hazards while operating a John Deere ZTrak Pro Series Gas Z950M 72 (S/N: 1TC950MDCLT080686) lawnmower in areas along the edges of bodies of water with slopes ranging between 11.5 to 17.1 degrees.
