Stacks of sheet metal were leaning against a wall without being secured, thus exposing employees to a struck by hazard. b. Metal pipes were stacked on top of a Fanuc Laser Cutting Machine (Model - A04B-0815-B301; sn - L04540089) without being secured, thus exposing employees to a struck by hazard.
