(b) Hydro cooker area; On or about December 27, 2024, the ceiling sections of the tunnels for the Stork Hydromatic can conveyor were unguarded.

29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i): Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft: (a) Soak area; On or about December 27, 2024, the shaft ends for the water separator conveyor in the bean hopper had split collars that were not guarded. (b) Seamer process; On or about December 27, 2024, a shaft end for the seamer process machine conveyor had a collar with projecting set screw that was not guarded.
