On or about December 30, 2024, on the west side of the warehouse near bay #25 door "J": employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, in that the emergency exit door access path was blocked with blue bins, large brown cardboard boxes, and wooden pallets. b. On or about December 30, 2024, on the west side of the warehouse near bay #30 door "H": employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, in that the emergency exit door access path was blocked with large brown cardboard boxes, desk and other items.
