29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) 456 Main St, Chesterfield, NJ - The employer allowed the employees to conduct roofing operations from a residential roof with an approximate 8/12 pitch, approximately 25 feet above the ground, with no fall protection system in place, thus exposing employees to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about December 30, 2024.  NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
