29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). 4638 Broadside Ave, Von Ormy, TX 78073 : On or about December 30, 2024 and at times prior thereto, employees were installing roof decking to a single story residential home at heights above 6 feet without fall protection. Rogelio Martinez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1756742, citation number 1, item number 2-a and was affirmed as a final order on September 24, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 13019 Vulture Way, Von Ormy, TX 78073.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed. 4638 Broadside Ave, Von Ormy, TX 78073 : On or about December 30, 2024 and at times prior thereto, employees were utilizing a portable ladder to access the roof of a single story residential home to perform roof decking that was not extended 3 feet above the upper landing surface. Rogelio Martinez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1756742, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on September 24, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 13019 Vulture Way, Von Ormy, TX 78073.
