29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  (a) 2 Executive Drive, Marlton NJ: Worker engaged in light pole repair was exposed to fall hazards 13 feet to the ground surface below, when working from Altec Articulating boom lift mounted on a Ford chassis (truck 11) without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 12/31/2024.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
