29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a) Flowers Foods, Inc. located at 4300 South 26th Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania- On or about December 23, 2024, the employer did not ensure lockout/tagout procedures were utilized while performing cleaning maintenance on a conveyor system on the L-60 Conveyor.  An employee performed cleaning maintenance on a conveyor without de-energizing the system, thereby exposing employee to caught-in between hazards.
