29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work: (a) At the laundry room of the residence, located at 5611 Easy Street, Fort Myers Beach, Florida, on or about 12/30/2024, employees involved in remodeling work activities were exposed to an electrocution hazard, while working inside the crawl space of a residence and installing appliances without being protected against electrical shock hazards by de-energizing or other effective means.
