OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employer utilized storage rack systems with visible structural damage exposing employees to struck-by and crushing hazards:   a) Sofo Foods of Ohio, LLC located at 253 Waggoner Blvd., Toledo, Ohio, 43612: On or about December 31, 2024, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards of falling loads when conducting warehouse tasks around the severely damaged racking storage systems in the freezer area of the warehousing department.  The industrial racking systems at aisles such as, but not limited to, 60-135, 61-508, 63-508, 64-113, 73-547, 73-513 were loaded with palletized products and had bent, deflected or severed upright columns and loose base plates.
