29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: On or about December 28, 2024, and times prior thereto, in the meat department: an employee was exposed to amputation hazards while operating a Hobart Model 6801 Meat Saw Manual meat saw without using the push plate guard tool. LMMM Dallas #43, LTD was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1740796, citation number 01, item number, 001, and was affirmed as a final order on January 17, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 5106 Wesley Street, Greenville, TX, 75402.
