29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) Commercial construction located at 2300 Henderson Mill Rd, Atlanta, GA 30341, Roof: On or about 01/03/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards while working on a low-slope roof with unprotected roof of approximately 10-feet, 3-inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while employees were engaged in roofing activities.
