29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a) Johnson Matthey, Inc. located at 456 Devon Park Drive in Wayne, PA- On or about December 31, 2024, the employer did not ensure lockout/tagout procedures were utilized while performing maintenance on the Line 11 Pallet Lift.  An employee performed maintenance on a pallet lift without utilizing the energy control procedure, thereby exposing employee to caught-in between hazards.
