OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees due to exposure to crushing hazards. a) On or about December 31, 2024, at the jobsite: an employee was exposed to crushing hazards when cutting the emergency brake cable on the Ford 650 Safari ride vehicle (#27), in that Lockout/Tagout procedures were not developed to control potential hazardous energy.
