29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) In the Workshop: On or about January 06, 2025, and at times prior thereto, Employees were required to perform maintenance on machines such as but not limited to the Fineline Plasma cutter, the Peddinghaus Heavy Plate Processor and the LS Industries Shot Blaster without any written lockout procedures used for the control of hazardous energies.
