On or about January 07, 2025, at lot 38, foyer: employees were exposed to over 10- foot 6-inch fall hazards while conducting framing activities on the second floor without a fall protection system being used. c. On or about January 07, 2025, at lot 38, stairway access: employees were exposed to over 10- foot 6-inch fall hazards while conducting framing activities on the second floor without a fall protection system being used.
