29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  a) On or about March 10, 2025, the employer did not submit documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 1 item 1 issued on January 22, 2025, with an abatement due date of February 3, 2025.  b) On or about March 10, 2025, the employer did not submit documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 2 item1 issued on January 22, 2025, with an abatement due date of February 3, 2025.

On or about January 7, 2025, on the east side of the worksite, an employee decked a roof displaying inadequacies knowledge or use of fall protection systems in while conducting residential roofing activities.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  On or about January 7, 2025, on the east side of the worksite, an employee decked a roof without adequate fall protection while conducting residential roofing activities.  Suarez Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard (29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1719245, citation number1,  item number1, and was affirmed as a final order on 01/17/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 12601 Zollinger El Paso, TX 79927.
