29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:   a) Residential Construction located on Argento Drive, McDonough, GA 30253: On or about 01/07/2025, the employer exposed an employee to ejection/fall hazards of 18 feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to an employee working inside an aerial lift basket engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) Residential construction located on Argento Drive, McDonough, GA 30253, Balcony: On or about 01/07/2025, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards of 21-feet-4 inches from the unprotected edge of the balcony to the ground, in that a personal fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.
