On or about 12/30/2024, an employee was exposed to a struck-by hazard when operating the Spanco 8-ton gantry crane with two 4-ton each CM manual hoists without self-closing safety latches on the load hook, that are required by the manufacturer. Abatement certification is required on this citation.
